This Privacy Policy describes how Infopulse Ukraine LLC (“Infopulse”) handles personal information of the users of pacesuite.com (“Website”). This page informs you of Infopulse policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal information we receive from our Website users.

The only categories of personal data we will process are your first and last names, business or personal email, phone number, skype ID, company name, and job title.
Your information will be protected by information security system implemented according to ISO 27001.

- deliver services/products purchased through our Website;
- execute purchase contracts;
- send invoices, e-mail notifications that you have specifically requested;

6. Deletion of Your Data
Your Personal data will be erased if knowledge of them is no longer required for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. After completion of the contract, we stop processing of your data and delete it from the storage.
We delete all your Personal data upon your request.
7. Complaint mechanisms
You may object to receiving our messages. If you object to receiving our marketing messages, you can unsubscribe from this informational service or request our company to delete your data from our systems. After this, you will receive no further correspondence from us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent for the personal data processing, you can do this at any time by emailing privacy@infopulse.com about your intention. Your personal data will then be deleted.
You may exercise your right to restrict the processing if you deem your personal data is inaccurate or cannot be processed on the ground of the legitimate interest stated above; if the processing is performed illegally or the data is needed to be kept for a legal claim.
Failing to provide this personal data means that we cannot provide you with the requested information.
The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
