Configure KPI tracker¶
PACE Packager Hub has the buit-in key performance indicator (KPI) tracker to measure the performance of your packaging team. It precisely tracks the time the engineer spends for each order processing phase. The KPI tracker allows you to define time metrics for each Order Type of your project and each specific combination of attributes. The time will be counted according to the defined project’s working calendar, where you can set working hours, working days, holidays, etc.
Important
The KPI tracker configuration includes:
- The working calendar define working hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays. The KPI tracker will count the time spent according to the defined working calendar.
- The specified KPI metrics will be tracked according to the working calendar.
Working calendar¶
Configure the working hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays for the project working calendar, accordig to which the KPI tracker will count the time spent.

KPI metrics¶
- Go to the project settings. See manual Open project settings.
- Open the KPI metrics tab and click New metrics to specify metrics that will be tracked by the KPI tracker.
- Select the Order type for which you want to define KPI metrics and the Working calendar of the project, according to which the KPI metrics will be tracked.
Then select at least one or a maximum of three Dropdown list (single choice) attributes whose values defines the KPI for Orders. The matrix with all possible value combinations will be generated. Then, click Create.
- Enter the number of working minutes to be tracked by KPI tracker for every workflow status (i.e. task) and combination of order attribute values (e.g. complexity, priority, packaging technology, etc.).Please note if working time is not set or the set value is 0, then the time spent will not be tracked for this status and attribute values. This feature can be useful for transitional statuses. Afterthat, click Apply changes.
To check if the created matrix of KPI metrics includes all actual statuses and values of the selected attributes, click Check metrics.
