PACE Packager Hub is a modern secure workflow tool for application packaging teams. It is an end-to-end ecosystem for customer servicing, managing teams, and application packaging processes: starting with the submitting a new packaging order and ending with downloading the delivered output package. It consists of Task Manager and Repository Manager modules.

History of order changes
Keep the track of all changes with your orders from their creation to completion/deletion in the History tab of the task management software. The Supervisor can view the order and its history even after deletion.

Preconfigure a set of actions that the system will automatically perform if a certain combination of Order conditions is met and when the rule is invoked by the selected trigger.

Get a comprehensive and highly customizable view of your Team Workload, the number of Active and Completed Orders, and orders with Due Dates.

Reporting & Export
Review the Created and Completed Orders in the chosen time slot. Export the orders to CSV file to form reports easily, e.g. for invoicing.

Bulk Edit
Edit multiple Orders at once using bulk operations, update the necessary attributes or statuses with the Bulk edit and Bulk status change features.

Communicate about orders (messages)
Communicate about the order right in this order inside the task management tool using internal notes and public requests. You can use rich text formatting, inserting images right in the message body, an advanced module for designing tables of any complexity, and mentioning someone, set user avatars, etc.

Notifications
Get instant in-app and/or email notifications about changes with orders. Configure notifications you want to receive and group several notifications in the selected timeframe into a single email.

Project docs
Store and securely share the project-related information: project, guidelines, conventions, checklists, SLA, and others. Set up their visibility level: public (visible to customers and engineering team) or private (visible only to the team).

Upload/download order artifacts (files)
Transfer files between the customer and packaging team right in the order. There is no need anymore to manually use FTP or any other solutions.

Manage order links (references)
Use order links to see what other orders and package are referenced to the current order. Some links are automatically managed, and all of them the user can edit or remove.

Review packages
View packages of the selected project or multiple projects in the configurable list. These packages may be stored on various repositories and you can access any of them directly from the Repository Manager.

Manage package content (files)
Repository Manager automatically connects to the project repository. The module allows the user to view content of the package (collection of files and folders), create, upload/download, move package resources, open package for editing, etc.

Use automation for packaging
Configure and run a totally custom project automation. It can consist of multiple scripts and command lines which are stored in the project settings and may vary from project to project.

Deliver packages to customer
Deliver the packages to the customers in just a few clicks. There is no need to remember the address and connection credentials to the server. All delivery settings are automatically inherited from the project settings.

View/download delivered package
Download the output package right from the web portal using the friendly interface. Repository Manager identifies what files belong to the package, allows to download and (if needed) delete them.
