PACE Packager Hub 2.4 is already available. Enriched with the brand-new SLA Tracker, improved view filters, convenient drag-and-drop file upload functionality, SFTP Repositories support, and other enhancements, PACE Packager Hub takes workflow management for application packaging teams to the next level.
SLA Tracker
Create realistic client expectations, earn their trust, and have a bird’s-eye view of your team’s entire workload with the new module of PACE Packager Hub – SLA Tracker. From now on, engineers and customers can easily measure and meet service-level agreements. Due to the module’s deep customization, you can configure separate working calendars and SLA metrics for each Order Type of your project.
Unlike most SLA trackers on the market that come as add-ons and cost extra money, the PACE Packager Hub’s SLA Tracker is an out-of-the-box functionality ready for immediate use.
Improved View Filters
New filters for Orders and Packages ensure more convenience for the user by allowing you to choose multiple options from a drop-down list instead of manually entering the values. Different filter options are available depending on the selected projects and their configuration.
Support of SFTP Repositories
We have broadened the possibility for users to work with various repositories by adding the SFTP protocol (SSH File Transfer Protocol) in the new release of PACE Packager Hub 2.4. From now on, it is possible to attach SFTP servers as repositories to deliver packages to your customers.
Business Rule Templates and Improvements
In response to the clients’ requests, we have continued to improve the Business Rules, and added the following enhancements:
- Business Rules templates enable the export of Business Rules from one project to a template for the later re-usage.
- Managing the execution sequence of Business Rules.
- The incompatible actions for the selected Business Rule triggers are hidden.
- Added information about who made the rule changes and when.
- The ability to sort the table of Business Rules by a column.
- Many other minor improvements and fixes.
Drag-and-Drop for File Upload
Make the most of the new Upload Resources dialog box for Order Artifacts and its drag-and-drop functionality. You can now not only upload multiple files manually but also drag and drop them all at once.
