Start new project for your teamΒΆ
Create a new project from scratch, configure it according to your needs and invite the team and customers to this project.
Important
- First, create a new blank project.

- Configure Main operational repository.
Note
This is the minimum required configuration for the functionality of the Repository Manager module.
Configure a location where all packages of this project will be stored. Also, define a folder structure template for the new package. When the Engineer creates a new package, the system will automatically create this set of folders in the specified repository. - Configure Delivery repository.

Configure a location where the output packages of the project will be uploaded according to the delivery process. Also, define the default package compression option and other delivery settings. - Optionally, customize other non-mandatory settings of the Repository Manager module.
- Configure what attributes (input fields) a package of the project will have.
- Define the automation scripts/command lines that the Engineer can view and run against packages of this project in the desktop client.

- Configure Order artifacts repository.

This is the minimum required configuration for the functionality of the Task Manager module.
Configure a location where the uploaded order artifacts (files) will be stored. When the Customer or Engineer uploads a file to the order, it will be stored in the specified repository.See manual [Task Manager] Order artifacts repository
- Optionally, customize other non-mandatory settings of the Task Manager module.
- Define what types of order the project can has. Order type defines the order workflow and a set of order attributes.

- Define the workflow for every order type of the project. A workflow is a set of statuses that the order can have and transitions between these statuses.

- Configure what attributes (input fields) an order of the specific order type and project will have.

- Customize the template of email notifications that are sent to order followers on the order changes.

- Finally, invite your team and customers to the project.
- First, create user accounts for engineers and customers.

- Second, assign the created users to your project.
