Changes to Maintenance Subscription renewal process

As many of our users know, we release around three major PACE Suite versions each year alongside several product upgrades. To access these releases, as well our advanced support services by professional packaging engineers, a user has to have an active Maintenance Subscription.

We do not have any hidden auto-renewals of Subscriptions, and we always strive to make the renewal process both efficient and completely transparent for you. Thus, we decided to optimize the process of renewing PACE Suite Maintenance.

Effective from March 1, 2018, the opportunity to renew existing Maintenance Subscription will be limited in time to 90 calendar days, starting from the day your Maintenance expires.

If you do not purchase 1, 2 or 3 years Maintenance Subscription during those 90 calendar days, you will lose access to new product releases, upgrades and support services. You will have to purchase a new PACE Suite perpetual license to be able to download new releases and access support again.

That said, if you have PACE Suite license and expired Maintenance, you can continue using PACE Suite up to the latest version you downloaded during the active Maintenance period.

We stay committed to upholding User Agreements under which our existing customers purchased our product. That is why this change applies only to our new clients and clients who will buy Maintenance Subscription on March 1, 2018, and onwards. All of you who purchased PACE Suite licenses or Maintenance before March 1, 2018, can renew their Maintenance whenever you like.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding this change. Finally, we cannot help noting that February is a good time to renew to avoid the upcoming limits.
