Important Updates: PACE Suite Licensing Model Changes

With the latest PACE Suite release 5.7, we are moving to a new licensing server with enhanced security capabilities. This leads to changes in the PACE Suite licensing model and End User License Agreement.

All PACE Suite licenses purchased after January 1, 2022, will be per-user licenses, which grant the right to install and activate the Software on a single device only. The system will allow two transfers of the License to other devices automatically, in the unattended mode. All further License transfers to a new device will require manual interactions: the engineer will need to contact the PACE Suite Support team to activate the license.

To ensure that an engineer can proceed with his everyday work without any interruption, PACE Suite components that perform capturing and testing can be run on any number of devices, i.e., computers and virtual machines, with no License activation restrictions.

All current PACE Suite clients with active Maintenance Subscription keep the right to install the Software for unlimited number of computers and virtual machines inside the legal entity and to run the Software at a third-party environment provided that the Software is used solely by an authorized number of unidentified users.
