Configuration of capturing environment

Setup Capture can run capturing of an installation in the manual or automated mode on dedicated virtual machines directly from your PC. For this, target virtual machines must be configured.

Note

Capturing on a local host does not require special configuration. Skip this instruction if this is your case.

Follow the instruction below to configure capturing on the dedicated virtual machine (hosted on local or remote virtualization solution) directly from your PC:

• Remote VMware ESXi
• Remote Microsoft Hyper-V
• Local Microsoft Hyper-V
• Local Oracle VirtualBox
