[MSIX] Import registry from .REGΒΆ

Import the registry enteries from the .REG file into the MSIX/APPX package.

Important

Precondition: Open the MSIX package in MSIX Editor (see Open MSIX/APPX).

  1. Go to the Package Designer > Registry tab.

  2. Select Add > Import registry from the toolbox.

  3. Click Add and choose the REG files to import.

  4. Review the parsed registry entries and click Import.

  5. The imported registry entries will be highlighted with a green background.
