[MSI] Review feature resourcesΒΆ

Review resources (files, registry, shortcuts, etc.) that will be installed by the feature of the MSI package.

Important

Precondition: Open an MSI package in MSI Editor (see Open MSI/MST).

  1. Go to the Package Designer > Features and components tab.

  2. Select the Feature resources element from the feature-components tree that is located below the feature, resources of which, you need to review. Enable the details panel clicking Show details. (Alternatively, you can invoke the Properties to review resource in the separate window.)

  3. Find resources that will be installed by the feature in the grid view.
