[MGP][MSI settings] Media settings (compression type)

Select a compression type for files that will be applied during the MSI package building.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in Package Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Package > MSI tab.

  2. Click Edit, located next to the MSI settings profile field, to modify the profile settings.

  3. Go to the Media tab and set the necessary settings. Then, click Save.

    Note

    The defined media settings will be applied when creating the MSI package. This “MSI settings profile” must be selected before the package build.
