[MGP] Move files/folders

Move files or folders to a new location in the MGP project.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in Package Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Files tab.

  2. Select Move to folder from the context menu of the necessary file or folder.

    Warning

    The ‘Excluded’ items (highlighted in yellow and crossed out) can’t be moved.

  3. Select a new destination location and click Select.

  4. In case you are moving files, sources of which were copied to the project folder, click Change to confirm file relocation on the file system.

    Note

    Files that are located outside the project folder on the file system will not be affected.
