[MGP] Add subfolderΒΆ

Add a new subfolder (user-defined folder) to the MGP project.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in MSI Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Files tab.

  2. Untick the Hide empty folders, Hide excluded items and Hide items without permissions filters to check if the necessary folder does not exist in the project.

  3. To add a folder, select New subfolder from the context menu where you need to create a new folder.

  4. Enter a folder name and click Add.
