Product key is invalidΒΆ

SYMPTOMS:

When you try to activate PACE Suite with the provided license key, you receive the following error messages:

SOLUTION:

If you are using the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook, check that the Auto Remove Line Breaks feature is disabled. Otherwise, your keys may be displayed incorrectly, and often that is the cause of the Invalid key error.

  1. Open the received email with license key in Microsoft Outlook and select File > Options.

  2. Go to the Mail tab and clear the Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages check box under the Message format section.

  3. Click OK to close the Outlook Options window.
