[MGP] Move registry

Move a registry value or a key to a new location in the MGP project.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in MSI Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Registry tab.

  2. Select Move to from the context menu of a resource that you need to move

    Warning

    The ‘Excluded’ items (highlighted in yellow and crossed out) can’t be moved.

  3. Select a new destination location from the registry tree and click Select.
