[MGP] Edit folder properties

Edit a name, parent folder and permissions (applied only to MSI) of the folder in the MGP project.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in MSI Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Files tab.

  2. Select Properties from the context menu of the necessary folder.

    Warning

    The ‘Excluded’ items (highlighted in yellow and crossed out) can’t be edited.

  3. Update the required values (e.g. folder name, parent folder, permissions). Afterwards, click Save.
