[MGP][APPV settings] Edit FTAΒΆ

Edit a file type association (FTA) of the APPV app in the MGP project.

Important

Precondition: Open a project in MSI Generator (see Open MGP project).

  1. Go to the Shortcuts\Apps > APPV tab and select the necessary APPV app from the Application list.

  2. Select Properties from the context menu of a file type association that you need to edit.

  3. Update the necessary file type association details such as file extension, ProgId, content and perceived types, context menu commands and click Save.
