Track order changes (history)

Keep track of all changes with the order on the History tab. The history stores who and when (1) created/deleted the order; (2) changed attributes and status; (3) wrote a message; (4) attached artifacts (files); (5) managed order links; and (6) changed the list of order history followers.

Important

Precondition 1 : Sign In on Web Portal of PACE Packager Hub.

First, find the necessary order and open it as described in manual Find and open order

  1. In the opened order, go to the History tab and find there the order history. Note that the most recent changes are displayed in the top. When viewing the story, consider the following legend: history-legend

  2. If you want to receive in-app and/or email notifications (based on your personal notification settings) about any changes with this order, click Follow in the Notifications section, located at the right side. To add someone else to the followers list, type his/her name or email in the field below and press ‘Enter’.

    Note that users who created the order (defined as Creator), set as Assignee, Packaging Engineer, and QA Engineer of this order are automatically added to the followers list.

    To stop receiving notifications about this order, click Unfollow that will be displayed instead of the Follow button.
